Cutting Edge Steel, Inc. has evolved significantly since its establishment in 2008 by founder, Jim Weaver. Originally focused on fabricating stairs, rails and miscellaneous metals, the company has grown to become a comprehensive metal manufacturing and fabricating enterprise.

In its early years, Cutting Edge Steel operated out of a modest 6,000 sq ft facility in Denver, CO, with a small team of three employees. By 2011, the company had outgrown this space and moved to a larger 20,000 sq ft facility in Commerce City, CO. Continued success led to another expansion in 2014, resulting in a state-of-the-art 32,000 sq ft facility on a 6-3/4 acre site in Dacono, CO. This modern facility featuring advanced equipment such as robotic welders and tube lasers has since grown to 43,000 sq ft and supports a workforce of over 60 employees.

Today, Cutting Edge Steel offers a broad range of metal manufacturing and fabricating services, extending far beyond its original focus. The company has completed projects with over 50 Million metal components across the United States, from California to Michigan and Montana to Louisiana.
