Trulaser Tube 5000

The TruLaser Tube 5000 fiber takes advantage of the strengths of solid-state lasers in a way that no other machine ever has before. This means short processing times for a large range of possible tubes and profiles. It is more efficient, processes even heavier tubes and cuts through thicker materials thanks to increased laser power.

• 1/2 X 1/2 X 1/16 square tubing can be cut but will not cut well.
• 50 degrees is the max the machine can cut, the machine will cut 45 degrees and will need to grind after cutting to achieve angle.
• The machine is not recommended or rated to be ran in weather less that 40 degrees.
• Tubes bigger than 5.5 inches in diameter will need to be hand-loaded.
• Step214 Files needed for CAD/CAM.
